Re: Almost done!

WOW it's been forever since I've been on here update: supercharger went to a local friend who installed it then took measurements, took it off, and is having hood made. Saved up my pennies and instead of buying a jet engine for the 300zx I became the first guy in my state to buy a new NISSAN 370z 6M...

it all depends on your MAF sensor.  It has to be properly calibrated and generally a good unit.  gm never really figured the things out i mean look at the old flapper sensors they were junk brand new.  There are some very nice aftermarket and import  units that that make turboing an n/a car incredib...

ok i just thought of this and it would be interesting to try.  once you get the top plenum off the motor go to the junkyard and scavenge up 5 more throttle bodies.  get the blades machined smaller like 1.25 inch diameter and have them press in aluminum bushings into all the throllebodies(with holes ...

i supercharged mine through the stock manifolds because the manifold is so flat.  there's pictures here but it has  the same rpm problem.  those heads and intake are JUNK.  they're super long very narrow tubes designed for low end torque and driveability.  when they redisigned it with the new 3x00 h...

actually i got my supercharger for 250 bones from a junkyard so ok like 4 three quarters grand  also yeah it is possible but you need one trick piece of machining to make it really work oh and one hell of a strongly built motor.  get yourself a friend with a good 5 axis cnc mill and have him mill th...
