Thanks I really appreciate the help, also your saying i can connect a high pressure hose(or possible 3/8 rad hose) with clamps to the connect the metal lines together and also what is the circle piece with the X on it on the return line?? Im still clueless on that?

Alright first off I'm having some big issues with this return fuel line. I changed out the fuel pressure regulator because it was bad, after finding out that the return line was stripped to hell and was frozen on the fuel pressure regulator.
