Nice. Some days I miss mine, but not all the hassles that came with it.

Re: Anyone in BC?

As you can see, rarely...

Swapped in a stock Quad 4 and sold the GTZ about 3 years ago. I still have the turbocharged Q4 just sitting here collecting dust.

My sig. It used to work on the previous incarnations of this forum (and the other forums I'm a member of) but doesn't seem to work on this one.

I would prefer to sell it with the spoiler but if that doesn't happen then I can work something out.

Re: Parting red 1992 GTZ (Victoria, BC)

why are you parting out my dream car??? To make an extremely long story short, I bought a white 92 GTZ in 1995 that was turbocharged by the original owner. It was basically jinxed and I had nothing but problems with it. Blew the head gasket, then blew the motor. Rebuilt the motor with better parts ...

Re: Input? Swap to 93 and older control arms?

You can hit the tie rod end with a hammer if you plan on replacing them. I keep the nut on but lined up with the end to give it a little more surface area. Started off doing that but it wouldn't budge. Heated the steering arm up a bit with a torch but still no go and it took about 5 minutes off pou...

Re: Input? Swap to 93 and older control arms?

Thanks for the info but I figured it out about 30 minutes ago. 20mm wrench fits great! :)

Now I just have to figure out how to separate the tie-rod from the strut. Pounding away at it with a pickle fork just ain't doin' it.

Re: Input? Swap to 93 and older control arms?

It is not very difficult. If you have fe7 suspension then you have to disconnect the sway bar end link.. This may sound like a stupid question, but how do you disconnect the sway bar link? When I try to undo the nut, it just spins. I took the plastic cap off the backside but it's it round and there...

Bleeding the hydraulic clutch line?

(NewNann @ Feb. 11 2007,09:24)QUOTEAre you familiar with Bench Bleeding? You need to take the whole setup, resevior and all out and bench bleed it. Good luck with it, its a real fun job. Off Topic, I like the Euro Z04 and Black wheel/white car thing. Looks good. If it makes any difference, I have t...

Bleeding the hydraulic clutch line?

Long story short, I need to bleed the clutch hydraulics on my 92 GTZ.  According to my crappy Hanes manual, there is a bleed screw on the slave, but I don't see one.

Is it even possible to bleed the lines?
