Official Bfest 2006 Itinerary

Here are some answers to those questions...  As far as the choice of track, it is because that Pittsburgh Raceway Park is having a Pro-Am event throughout the entire weekend, with an exlusive TnT for them on friday night.  The regular TnT is moved to wednesday for that week.  If you like, check out ...

The reason it seems that there is little being done right now is that the committee has been hashing out a lot of things lately... ÂÃâ€Ãâ...

The problem lies in that you still have the A/C.  The way that the engine mount is, combined with the location of the A/C is the reason that the design isn't the same as the '92+.  Now, if you have removed your A/C, like my autox car, then it would be no problem to simply use the '92+.  The reason T...

Shouldnt there be

You should be a part of the mailing list before the fest.  Towards the end of the planning when things really get hectic, things might only get posted to the list.  Not to mention that any polls we may do, and voting for next year's committee and location happen only on the mail list.  To get on the...

Shouldnt there be

Well, actually there is some planning going on, however I haven't gotten an update out yet.  We were trying real hard to get into a big tour at a assembly plant, but apparently they don't do tours anymore since 9/11.     That is what I think of that.  ANYWAY, the committee is getting rolling again (...

We in the committee have discusses this issue at length, and we as a group have decided to put into effect an Official Code of Conduct for current and future Berettafests. ÂÃÆâ...

Official Berettafest 2006 Location

These are the reasons exactly for having a printed code of conduct.  We all know that you are supposed to behave at a public event, but things happen.  Each person will be provided with a copy of the Code in their packet at check in, and everyone in attendance will be required to sign a waiver sayin...

New Arrival

Well, the title says it all I think.  Last week Amanda and I picked up another Beretta and possibly saved it from another dull boring owner.  The car is for Amanda, who ironically I never thought would ever get anything but Grand Am's...  So this one puts me up to 3 personally, and 4 (my brother's Z...

Official Berettafest 2006 Location

Brian, The reason you never heard a word from ole Douggie is that he was always too busy keeping it all together.  You would be amazed at how in depth Doug went with running Bfest.  I helped him out with two previous fests (Memphis and to a lesser degree Milwaukee) and he always made sure everything...

Yes there has, I just don't think we've posted it yet     Bfest 2006 will be the typical weekend in late June.  For '06 the official dates will be June 22-25.  Thanks for bringing that to our attention!

Official Berettafest 2006 Location

Well gang, with no other proposals in at this time it looks like we will have our final location without any voting.  Pittsburgh, PA will be the official location of Berettafest 2006.  I am looking foward to putting together the details of next years fest with the committee and our local support.  I...

Drag strip at Bfest?

I like the chalenge of the strip...  even if I make my car faster in the twisties.  I would like to autox too, however unless we get a group to organize one for a saturday (it happens) then it may not be feasible.  The fact of the matter is that we still have a lot of people who want the strip (like...
