Re: help me diagnose this moisture problem?

Yes, the heater core going bad will be green unless you have the DEX-COOL coolant they put in the newer cars, in which case it will be orange or red. The heater core is in a plastic enclosure that has a drain connected to it. Depending on the year, the drain either has an 1/8" hole or is wide o...

Re: Fog light wiring

This is a diagram for a 95 Beretta. I'm sorry the text isn't completely clear, I couldn't get it to convert correctly from the PDF file. The wiring will be different from an 88 and may be unique to 95, but it will at least give you an idea of what you're looking for. If I had my manuals here I could...

Re: body kit seller

That is the Razzi kit that has been around as long as the Beretta. The Diza kit is much more recent and is more import-style.

Re: Anyone know where can I find this body kit?

That's the Pegasus Customs/Kobel Predator kit. It's ABS plastic with 3 pieces for the front kit, 3 pieces for the back kit, and 3 pieces for either side. It comes with 3M tape applied, plus screws and rivets to attach it all together and screw it into the body. I always loved the kit too, but it's s...

Re: what sway bar is better?

I know this is an old topic, but had to comment. The biggest standard front swaybar is the FE3 swaybar at 30mm. The biggest optional front swaybar is the Z51 at 32mm, but of course it was only available on the 1987/88s. The Z51 used a solid external rear swaybar which I'm thinking was 22mm (IsaacHay...

Re: Hud <-heads up display

For lack of recent discussion and for those interested, here are some pictures of a '93 Grand Prix HUD being tested in my Beretta (mentioned earlier, but not pictured). Notice the slanting issue and the slight (although really not bad in person!) ghosting of the image. Pics are 1024x768, so I'm link...

rare custom beretta wing..

Yeah, that's the Kamei one, #44411.  There's also an "aero grille" with cutouts for foglights, #46040.  The front spoiler is #46596.  The side skirts are #46597.  I think there are also rear ground effects but can't find any of my information on them.

Yup, the MAF and MAT use the same plug since they're integrated, so there are five total pins.

Yeah, I've got manuals (even GM) that show a MAF relay on the relay bank too, but like yours, my '88 doesn't have one.  The MAF has one wire for power, one for ground, and one for the output signal.  If I remember right, the MAF works like this:  The computer heats up a thin wire on the MAF assembly...
