Bfest NE 2005

I just came on to check out the board, been busy. But yeah, give either John or I an E-mail,  we plan to pull something off this year. Both John and I have been overwhelmed with things lately, so we haven't had all too much progress, but with the things that we plan to do, there is no group buys and...

How to?

The coil packs suck to replace, I did mine a few months ago and it took about 1.5 hours to do it (including plugs and wires which is simple). But what I did to make it easier was I took my radiator fan out to get easier access, since the fan has only four simple bolts. Then I took the whole module o...

Changing wheel studs

I think you just tried taking out the studs in the wrong place because I have done them on both sides of my car when a shop REAMED them in when we told them we didn't want them to do out brakes and we would do them ourselfs(so we would have a hard time taking the nuts off and the studs would break, ...

Oil sending unit

Btw, its just a replacement, you swap out the old oil pressure switch, for the sending unit. and its located right in between the oil fitler and the starter. Look up there with a flashlight you should see a little sensor of the sort that is about 1 3/4 inches long with the wires going to it.

Oil sending unit

You can do it, just go get the oil pressure sending unit at the store and install it yourself if he is going to not belive something that GM designed themselves. Or just TELL him to DO IT!!

Dumb question

All cars are either 1 wheel drive(front or rear) or four/three/two wheel drive(allwheeldrive/4x4/4x4). I don't have much time to explain but, your car will only spin the tire that is easiest to spin(which doesn't make sense) because if you get your pass. side tires stuck in the snow and ice and the ...

Yep, I was gonna say the same thing. I know JCZ26 has taken these out (including all the glass when he got his car painted). And I have done the same also.

Gauges don't light up......

There are two/four bulbs behind the cluster that can be replaced depending if you have a full cluster or not. I am assuming you don't have the digi dash also(did they even offer the digi dash in 88?).
