Depending on your location there's usually a couple on FB marketplace. There's no real years to avoid. Usually a clean example with cosmetic defects is sub 4k.

92 5 speed/3.1 base 'project resurrection'
Back story: I've had a Beretta since i was 16 (13 years now) all were beaters with a heater, but i loved them. https://i.imgur.com/236kjka.jpg https://i.imgur.com/j1X113m.jpg Bought this particular one in VA while i lived in NC. 92 5 speed, 3.1 base. Motor seized at 180k, so it got my 280k motor out...

Re: Here I go Again.... AWD Retto
i plan to get it to tuck as much as i can, but i may have to let it poke out the bottom a bit since it IS an inline 6, albeit a small one. the plan( as of right now) is to buy a decent 99-98 E300TD and DD it till i can source a T56 and have the beretta gutted and caged. i might just go forward with ...

Re: Here I go Again.... AWD Retto
The t56 can be made 4wd by hybridizing a t5 4wd tail housing with the t56 tail housing.
The link I posted is primarily for using a 700r4, but they sell kits that also work with the t56, or so they say.

Here I go Again.... AWD Retto
Alright ladies and gents, after my original plan fell through due to having a chassis that was too far gone to build from 4 years ago, I have spent MORE time doing research, and more time figuring out what it is i want from an AWD Beretta. I have figured out i want diesel, selectable AWD/RWD, and to...

Re: LS1/t56 swap
Good Stuff,
and to answer your question about the bellhousing, I am hoping that the torque tube is long enough to put the tunnel mostly into the engine bay. if not, then i will have to work around it. i planned on scrapping the entire dash and HVAC and going with a custom aluminum dash anyways.

Im definitely going to be sticking around. it seams as if you only post updates when I am a regular here.
DEFINTELY a good idea with the E36/E46 parts. are you also doing to swap to get the bolt pattern?

Re: Not your average Z26... a resurrection
The evolution of this car is pretty epic woody.
I find it interesting that the OG's look even better on a retto than an E36.

I have a preference for 6's and the 3.8 has always been my favorite.

Re: LS1/t56 swap
Been gone a while and really surprised to see this chugging along. bookmarked for future reference to my dream of a 3.8 turbo RWD beretta. what kind of frame reinforcement are you putting in to prevent the car from twisting itself apart? my idea was to link the roll cage to the front and rear subfra...
