bumper frame and bumper horns are hefty. What's preventing an aluminum bumper frame and direct mounting to chassis deleting the bumper horns? Lexan the doors and also do the coupe sides lexan as well. Steering wheel with that air bag and dash pad air bag are not weight friendly. 2nd gen Cavalier z24...

Times like those are when I wished to have completed the rear package tray idea. Halfway through the progress life got in the way and never could finalize it as I wanted to. It basically deleted and changed the layout for the deleted back seat, sail wings, hardware, safety belts and third brake light.

Properly adjusting the handle is one preventative measure. The other is to NOT try and heeman the door open under any circumstances. IE: Frozen shut, halfway unlocking while yanking the handle, drunken entry, and any other careless methodology.

Weighing my options here on doing the OBD2 swap... Milzy Motorsports is only about half an hour from me. Between cost and convenience for the swap and tune, would the cost difference be worth it to do it myself or have them do it? I plan to have them dyno tune the car regardless of who does the OBD...

65E is bigger, has mount differences, requires some electrical rework, and uses different axles.

60E is pretty straight forward as the Beretta came those, but still requires some changing around to make it slip in. Definitely easier when compared to the 65E
