Ok, sounds like you have enough info on when it shakes... now go jack the car up and start to test some of the things people have suggested. Without those results then all we can say is change this, or this or this or this.... and that's expensive. Narrow it down more with some inspection! aye aye ...

The car shakes a little after 50mph..and speeds up to 60-70..but the weirs thing is, when i let off the accelerator, it stops the vibration?

Wheel weight could have fallen off? Jack up the car and shake the wheel left and right and up and down and see if it feels loose, that will tell you if the tie rods, ball joints, or wheel bearings are bad which all cause shaking, if everything feels tight then take your car and get the tires rebala...

My otherwise stock '95 Z-26 did get a little peppier after I swapped-in a complete 3400 intake and TB setup, but I don't see that going any bigger on the TB was going to really make any difference as it seemed like the intake was breathing about as well as the rest of the engine needed it to. and h...
