Re: Why? = For The Wife

Wow, stencil that is looking amazing! I wish I had gone that far with the rockers on mine. At the start of the project I had never put a welder to a car and I was scared. I wish I hadn't paid a shop to do my rockers, they just slapped something together and didn't give the rust repair the attention ...

Re: Why? = For The Wife

Tracked down NOS weatherstrip. What? How?! I think I called about every Chevy dealer from Florida to Alberta. When I told them what I was looking for I always got the same question "why?". The rear window moulding, and passenger side pinchweld weatherstrip were real pains, people ...

Re: Why? = For The Wife

Not many Raspberry Z's left either... depending on year only 1300 Z's and Bases were panted raspberry in 96 :( I'm not proud of what I did to the Z26. It had a trashed 3100, cooked interior, and absolutely fried exterior from the NV sun. I couldn't believe how much the sun warped the rear valence p...

Re: Why? = For The Wife

Thanks for the kind words guys, and the insulting song. No offense taken, I know what I am. And sorry about the intermission, new user issues... Back From Paint (Nov 2016) 20161026_142301.jpg The paint shop did an amazing job. Only one decision I slightly regret. I had them patch the passenger side ...

Why? = For The Wife

Where I started This all started in 1995. My future Father-In-Law buys my 16 year old future wife a new Cayenne Red Base 3.1 Beretta. She loves it from day 1 (more than she'll ever love me). Fast forward 20 years and you have a middle aged woman driving a 20 year old Beretta with 271,000 miles. 199...

Re: 95 OBD help

I got it figured out. A couple years back I made a USB ALDL cable for the car, but didn't have any luck getting communication with the PCM to work. I put it on the shelf and forgot about it. When I put the car back together and it wouldn't start I broke it out to give it another try. This thread hel...

95 OBD help

I have a 95 Beretta that I am doing an extensive rebuild on. I had the engine rebuilt and stripped the car and had it painted. I am in the process of putting the puzzle back together. The engine, harness, and dash are back in and I am trying to start it. I am getting spark but can't get her to fire....
