I honestly primered after all the welding was done ....I had the benefit of building outside the car on a welding table then welding it on to the body rails as a unit ......I don't like the way weld through primer welds through....if that makes any sense...

Seems like u gotta be able to run that subframe to a shop and have them press the bushings out and in.....unless u really needed a press all the time ...I would get that frame steel.....nice progress man. Keep it up

Thanks. The Viking stuff seems really quality. Lots of shock dampening adj....and ride height adj built into the shock body with different size springs as well. I believe UMI runs a 4th gen camaro in optimia street car challenge with Vikings and either won ....or was very competitive.

Last time I pulled mine I left it attached to the cradle and dropped all the suspension and everything down....lifted the body up.....

Nice ...there's a lot of adjustment in the dampening of the shocks. Can't wait to test em out The bumpers and all other custom body panels are getting cast so I can make replacement parts in the event of wreck, or I may attempt to make carbon fiber parts. And change the look of the car. Basically Ae...

Just finished up with the rear coil over conversion for the Beretta with 4th GEN camaro coilovers). Thanks to Viking suspension and UMI we will be sitting nice and low .....with the adjustment to go even a lil lower. And have the ability to keep up with compemression and rebound adjustments. Also up...

I ran 1/8" wall 3×2" box for my rails and all my rear frame. 4x2 would be good too ....maybe a but over kill but ....

Thanks for the info and part #s !!!! Very helpful. Placed an order through CARID .....as long as they're the right ones (product pictured on all these sites is generic dor these products) ....should be getting em soon.

Thanks. It's hard to see in the pics but the hood feature lines point right at the inner upper corners of the headlights and that shape change on the front of the hood .....even those lines flow with the Plainview of the wide body fenders quite well. I was pretty happy with how this was turning out....
