Yes, I did use a smaller cone. It rests about 1-2 inches from the fender. I have the blower out now. I had taken it off for the winter. I'm going to design a mount for the on/off switch and the blower itself and am going to see if a friend can make them for me. It was all kind of "gettoed"...

Speaking from the 3100, the intake valve area would be the most restrictive. There can be two open at once (partial three maybe???). The filter??? An extremely dirty one maybe. But not if it's clean. Lets assume the filter is perfectly clean. Keep thinking. Were is the most restricted area of the intake at?

In simpler terms: more voltage useage in the cylinder on compression stroke than in the cylinder on exhaust stroke.

If you have OBDII then you have two. One in the rear exhaust manifold and one in front of the converter.
I'm not sure about OBDI, sorry. I think those only have one.

Sequential fuel injection (sfi)
It fires each injector individually. It's more efficient than a multi-port which fires three injectors at a time.
