Re: Project 91 "SS" 3400/5spd

Oh yeah, I forgot to upload the axle alignment video I made. It never comes back to level under acceleration. It used to be about perfect when hammering on it. I also got some wheel hop for the first time. But that may be more due to the fact I haven't dialed my camber and toe back in yet. I wanted ...

Re: Project 91 "SS" 3400/5spd

I used PVC because I had it. I looked at a bunch of poly jack pads hoping to find one with dimensions that I could make work...but no luck. The coil diameter in the back is the same from the second to second to last. Nothing changed there. At least I assume the Eibachs are the same as stock other th...

Re: Project 91 "SS" 3400/5spd

I had a strut mount crap the bed on me, and it gave me an excuse to tear it all apart and try an idea I've had for some time...cutting down my Eibach coils. I'm too cheap to do coilovers and the car just sits higher than I like. This cost me about $5. The front is pretty straight forward...the coil ...

Re: Beretta GT into a Beretta GUTZ INDY

Yes. 90-91 had the FE7 brackets, 92+ was the strut tab. I have the brackets on mine as well. I think the end links are also different length.

I never knew U and Indy skirts were different. Do you have pics to show it?

Re: Beretta GT into a Beretta GUTZ INDY

An Indy already has the GTU body kit with the Z style spoiler and seats. I don't think you can mix more than that without mismatching body panels...

Re: Back to Berettas after 15+ years

The 5 speed swap is some work, but so worth it. Really wakes up the car.

Re: From backyard to Berettafest

The sound reminded me of my old Z26 with a Catco and Borla. I got pulled over all the time in that thing. Haha

Re: what did you do to your ride today?

Fixed the truck for zero dollars. Sweet! Been low on power lately and just started not starting intermittently. Crank in vain for 10 minutes and then magically start no problem. Did it once a few weeks ago and been fine since. Lent it out to Tiff's family and it got way worse. By last night it was t...

Re: Which car would be more reliable?

I had a quad GTZ and a 3100 Z26 back in the day. And I sold the quad four the 3100 for just that reason. I was broke and in college and the quad burned a quart every...200 miles? I sure missed the 5spd, but I liked the sound of the v6 a lot better.
