Re: LS1/t56 swap

LS1 with Cathedral port heads - LS1 to LSA Adapters - LSA blower. That setup is going in a pretty nice G-Body.

Your car going to be more straight line performance - or an autox and road course setup?

Re: LS1/t56 swap

Cool - Have you figured out what oil pan/pickup tube your going to use? The Corvettes have the sump in the back and the steering rack up front. The G8/SS/Camaro have the sump up front -and the steering racks in the back. If the intake hits the hood - you might as well go full retard - LOL: http://i9...

Have you been working on engine mounts and drivetrain angle with your suspension mockup?

Will the engine clear the hood?

Re: 1993 Quad4 GTZ: Project WTF

I have also read fixed is more efficient than floating, but I've never seen numbers. I'd love to find out what it actually is. A good functioning sliding caliper loses very little compared to a fixed, but you have to keep it maintained. Most OEM calipers are sliding because of how they conform to f...

Re: Replacing control arm bushings?

Two bolts for the control arm bushings - and the ball joint itself.

Either have to cut the rivets off - and or unbolt them and knock them out with a hammer if they haven't already been replaced.
