That's the distributor plug o-ring.  There's a write-up for the repair that's pretty good and has pictures as well.  GM has the o-ring, and autozone carries a Fel-Pro version of it.  Both are less than $2.

I'm in Whitewater, WI.  If you're not too far from me and decide to get the Beretta, I'd help you get her back into shape.  93 GTs are pretty nice cars if they haven't been beat on, and new motor is always a plus.

It will fit, and so will the door panels with some minor modifications.  I was hoping to pull this off before anybody else figured it out.  Changing the dash is about the same as upgrading to the newer one though, it's a real pain.

Definitely check the fuel pressure, sounds like the same thing mine did when the fuel pump went out.

Flushing the system and replacing the coolant probably wouldn't be a bad idea either, you never really know what may have gotten into the coolant when the heater core broke.  Any kind of sand or dirt would probably be enough to make the sensor in the overflow jug stick and trigger the coolant l...
