Mine had 270k on it before it got low on fluid and I Burt out reverse, but 1-3 where still fine.

honestly i only noticed a slight increase in vibration. i prefer solid poly over the liquid filled.

hes right if you were to do a "flush" at any millage. a flush is when you simply suck up the tranny fluid from the fill/check tube, and simply replace the fluid. its the same thing as doing a oil change without replacing the filter. which is bad, since you leave any loose chavings and sedi...

instead of pollyfilling my old shitty mount, i modified the factory mount cage and built a platform inside of it to mount a energy suspension gm tranny mount. took maybe 3 hours to build. if you do this, you will have to wallow out the holes in the engine bracket for the bolts to line up, but this m...

need to take pick in the daylight..
instead of poly filling my old mount, i used a gm tranny mount and welded in a new platform in the old mount for it to rest in...just had to enlongate the holes in the old engine bracket.

yes very common. the cam is hollow so doesnt take a very good beating. def get a aftermarket cam for a 3400 .
