Your tranny is screwed. Sounds like you blew out the sprag, and if you did the tranny is most likely not rebuildable because they tend to shred the casing. Or you burnt/seized a couple sets of clutch packs.

Your engine problem could be a simple vaccuum leak, and the tranny sounds like it is either very low on fluid or your clutch packs are badly worn. Does your tranny lock out a gear every now and then? If it does you probably blew the sprag.

Is your amp a Kenwood, or a Alpine V12. Because they are notorious for over loading the circuit board, when using improper/unmatched impediance.

If the sub is blown you will be able to feel it when pushing on the cone.

Sounds like you are somehow overloading the circuit board. What kind of amp(make/model/channels/wattage/ect)

The further the muffler is from the tail pipe, will increase the audible sound the exhaust produces(the louder it will become), And the more bends you have the more rasp it will have.
