technically all you need is a compressor map...how fast the turbo would be spinning @ a certain RPM is negligible and to a point useless to you...with the map you should be able to understand many facets of the unit and the engine which it will be attached to...

lol!! no price yet...sorry!! I had posted a couple of days that anyone intersted should voice their opinion...no replies!! I had six empty strut assemblies (3 pairs) I was going to build them all minus inserts (strut), but since no one replied I just did one...believe me it is a headache but interes...
