Speed Limiter

Air Injection Reaction is what it stands for.  It was used on some W-Body cars to help the emissions.  It injects fresh air into the exhaust before or at the converter to help it light off better and get rid of more of the hydrocarbons.

Wire harness & Door panels

When you re-seal those areas make sure to use automotive-grade seam sealer.  You do not want to use Silicone RTV because it has acids in it and can actually promote the rust.  You could also use window urethane, but it's not really designed for that application.

Temp read out

The temp sensor mounted in the cylinder head is for the gauge.  The one mounted in the intake manifold is for the computer.  With a scanner, you can read the temperature of the engine that the computer is seeing.  If you want to hook up another gauge you could convert the sensor in the intake manifo...

High beam, turn signal lever

the switch is adjustable, that is providing all the linkage is connected.  There's a rod connected to the lever which pushes the switch.  Unscrew the steering column and you will see it clearly.

Pistons

Did you even check over at http://www.60degreev6.com like the others suggested? I would be surprised if someone didn't know there.

If i remember right, you might be able to use the stock pistons from a 90-92 Camaro or Firebird V6.

Coil Packs

That would be if your car actually had a timing belt.  Your 2.8 (and all engines in the Beretta) have a timing chain, which is not usually replaced as a regularly scheduled maintenance item.

HELP!

Testing resistance on a wire like that doesn't really do that much good.  Unfortunately the multimeter can't really pass that much current through the wire to know when it's going bad in most cases.  You're better off doing a voltage drop test where you place the positive and negative probes of the ...

Engine swap 2.2l to 3.1l

You could do it.  You would just need all the engine mounting parts for a 3.1 in a 1992 or 1993.
