The only way to remove the inner pipe is to cut the downpipe in half so you can pull it out. The inner pipe measures 2" O.D., and the outside pipe measures 2.25" O.D.

yeah, the inner pipe was pressed in there...no welds or anything. the only mount points that were on my exhaust was the manifold connection and the rear hanger in, well, the rear.

Unbolt it. Then I cut the metal bracket that connects to the manifold off with about 7" of pipe. Then you have a nice straigth section of pipe to use a punch and BFH on.

Rotating tires

Its good general maintenance to rotate your bidirectional tires every 7 to 10 thousand miles or every third oil change. And when rotating those tires use a torque wrench in the star pattern, to insure the rim is bolted on evenly and correctly. There God has spoken.

If you don't have a torque wrench, get one, the snap action ones are nice.As you found out if you over tighten lugs with an impact they are a pain to get off, I have to new lugs on my right rear wheel, as the shop ...

Well the cat is stainless, so I can't weld it. I'm try to come up with something better to hang it in the middle, we'll see what I can do with my redneck engineering skills. $150 is that bad for a highflow cat, yes you can get a catco for $60, but OEs are 100-120...

3/15ths must be a Canadaian sized wrench.   3/16 sounds makes more sense to me. Odds are the numbers got scratched, I can't read the numbers on my 13mm anymore.

I can only find one fault in the Xtreme Flow cat so far. The spot they have for the O2 sensor is in the tailend of the pipe, where the 2.25" pipe is suppose to fit into. But the O2 sensor is about 3/8" from the end of the cat, which gives no room for the pipe. So I had to cut a U shape out...
