what is the best way to fix the warping in the dash on a 88 beretta? can it be fixed, or only replaced?

It can be fixed. You just need to reglue the warping part to the plastic frame underneath. I'm not sure what is the best thing to use. So far I've heard windshield urethane, Gorilla glue, and spray adhesive, though I'm sure there is plenty more that will work. Anyway, spread that stuff in there and either put something heavy on the dash to keep it down, or clamp it until it dries. Or you can get your dash recovered (could be expensive) or get another unwarped dash.

should i wait until it's warm so the dash is more flexible?
do i pull the plastic frame out, or is it just as easy to do it in the car?

Yeah, the glue would probably set better if you waited until it was warm. If you're only doing the front of the dash, you may as well leave it in the car. If you have to fix the defroster grille area it will probably be easier to take the whole dashboard into the house (plus the house is warm so you can do it anytime). FYI the plastic frame inside is non-removable.

Anyone pull the dash from a 1990 Beretta lately? I keep looking at how it is curled up by the windshield and know it can be re-glued... It's the 'where to start to pull the dash to get at it' that is stopping me. Anyone have some good directions on how to pull it?
