That pic was 08 in NY, so just after I beat you... LOL. It was the bfest that I got rear ended in RI on my way there, f'ed the rear fiberglass panel and dented my hood pretty good.

Not happy at all with MRZ..
They told me since the bar did not fit i could have a FULL refund including my shipping refunded, so i shipped it back the way i was told through USPS, Which cost me $54, 2 weeks later i had no refund so i emailed them, 2 days after they they refunded my order, i than look to see they only refunded me $5 for shipping, i say WTF!

I email Matthew and he tells me i shipped it wrong and nothing else, i shipped it the only option i could back to Canada, needless to say im pissed

You could have mailed it.

$54 to ship a brace is a bit ridiculous.

We have had our issues in the past!!

But the info he gave you was just him not thinking straight.

How he thinks is not my concern, my concern is Matthew paying what he said he would, oh well another company that makes parts for our cars that i cant trust, wonder why everyone moves to differant platforms.. But im done crying just wanted to let everyone know what went on..

He has moved away from Beretta parts for the same reason a lot of other places do. The market just isn't there anymore, not that every really was that big, but he owns/owned a SC Quad GTZ.

He was very reasonable with me, I will hope that he gets back to you still and works something out with you.

It sounds like the transaction is done and Marc basically said tough luck to him... I doubt anything will get "resolved"

Did you return it back to him as Gift? He probably had to pay the duty tax.

Read! Tyler's complaint is he had to PAY $54 to ship it but Marc only refunded him for $5 to ship it and Marc said it was because he shipped it wrong, but he shipped it as he was told... USPS as a GIFT...
