1990 front end noise on turns

Want some new struts? What brand springs to buy? How much camber to run? What brake pads? What's the best setup for your situation....

just started to happen..when making turns i get from the passenger side a tension type sound ..not a clunck but like something is being stretched beyond it's reach..i am guessing a ball joint,,...turned out to be a half shaft!!
