Anyone have any idea why my 94 z26 has a pattern shake in the front around 65 mph?

Wheels most likely need to be balanced if they haven't been in a while.

Had a lazy tire monkey at NTB one time. Fresh balance and it was off, took it back and it was still off. Dove straight back there and had the fool do it again. Third time it was done right.
