Subframe

Will a subframe from a 04 grand am gt fit in a 95 beretta. It had the 3400 in it. I have a buddy getting rid of the subframe with just about everything new on it and a 3400 motor. The motor has 101k miles. I thought about putting the motor in mine to replace the 3.1. He wants $200 for the motor if anybody is interested. Its already pulled. If it is possible to use the subframe do i need to do any work to make it work or will it just line up and go in?
