Want some new struts? What brand springs to buy? How much camber to run? What brake pads? What's the best setup for your situation....

spring clamps for lowering?

Post by themadness »

any thoughts on using spring clamps for lowering the back for just a minimal squat? everything i have read so far is mixed about 50/50 in general. it seems like a super cheap way to get a little change, even though its been called "rednecky"

just looking to see what experience and opinions you guys have.

It's a good way to ruin the springs. Plus the clamps themselves interfere with spring travel during compression.

It's your car, and you don't live near me. But I wouldn't do it to mine.
