i need to remove the gas out of my gas tank what would be the easiest way i tried siphoning it out and cant do it and i dont want to remove the gas tank is there a drain plug somewhere

I swear that I've heard of people using a hand pump for a water bed. It's just something that you squeeze with your hand(to start the flow). It will eat that thing,but you only need it once. There is no drain and I wouldn't try to drain it by unhooking the fuel line. Sorry that's all I have.

Can't drain it by removing the fuel line anyway.

What is wrong with the gas? Is there water in it?

the gas has been sitting in there for over 8 months and it looks like chocalate milk when i replaced the fuel filter and i think thats the problem my car wont start, i changed the engine and it cranks on but it doesnt accerlerate and the wires that comes out under the intake head plenium gasket doesnt seem to match, i dont know if those wires has something to do with the fuel injection rail or idk how to go on about researching i ran out of ideas , any suggestions

As to the first question, there are only three ways to do this:

1: Use the car's pump to pump the gas out. There is a pigtail under the hood to make the fuel pump run with the engine off. Just need to unhook the fuel line so the bad fuel can be pumped out. Problem with this is, it will take some time, and you will not get it all out.

2: Siphon it out, using a fuel siphoner. Problem with that is, again you will not get all the fuel out.

3: Drop the tank, pull the pump, and dump the tank out. Rinse the tank out with clean gas, rinse the pump off, and reinstall. Problem with this, is the more-work-to-do-it-properly part. Plus you have to be careful not to damage the pump, not bang it on ANYTHING, including the sides of the tank, not breaking anything taking it apart, replacing gaskets, and seals, and pump filters, tank straps, etc.

As for the wiring part, yes take a good clear picture (use plenty of light, it helps) so we can see what you have going on there.
