If it's not hot in any setting even though your engine is hot, your temperature valve motor might be shot, or even the temp. part of your climate controls. The temp. valve motor is an odd-shaped black box by your right knee with a red, a black, and a brown wire going to it. To test it, unplug it, turn the ignition switch to Run (with engine off) and the temperature to Cold, and use a voltmeter to measure between:
Brown & ground (should be battery voltage)
Brown & Black (should be battery voltage)
Red & Black (should be 10-12 volts)
Turn it to Hot and measure between Red & Black (should be 1-3 volts). If all the readings are correct, you're looking at a bad temp. valve motor. If some/all readings are wrong, you've either got a bad potentiometer (Hot/Cold switch) at your climate controls, or bad wiring. Hope that made sense.
