Cat glowing red

I was doing an idle re learn and I got about 3/4 of the way threw it and I heard my exhaust rattling so I looked under and the cat was glowing red. Could running rich all this time screw up my cat?

It's EXTREMELY RICH or just plain old and clogged.

Thanks man I'm going with clogged from running rich all these years since my car is throwing a code for running lean right now
