Exterior problems

Alright guys, I noticed my upper door molding/seal, as I believe it's called, was sagging a bit and I wanted to replace it. Anyone know if that's possible or there's a universal size that fits? Also, and it's hard to explain so I'll try to get a pic of what I'm looking at but the drip rails as I call them look like someone had peeled the sealant off or cut them off for some strange reason. What do I replace this with? Any ideas?

Junk yard parts or just try to reglue them to the body. Almost no oem body part is sold for this car... Original or aftermarket.
