Rod and spring shot from motor

I no longer have my beretta which I do miss but my friend has a 94 with the 3.1 and today he was driving like an idiot and he jumped in his car and slammed it in drive and punched it and it made a noise and there was a spring with a rod in it and the engine moves alot more then it should when u put it in gear. I think it's a motor mount but I figured I'd ask do any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Sorry. The spring and rod were laying on the ground. Just want to make that clear.
