looking for 92-94 Quad 4 HO

Post by 93GTZguy »

i'm trying to get my car running again, I'm exhausted almost all local resources in finding a decent HO quad to replace my engine, if anybody has any leads I would appreciate it.

That is going to be hard to find.

Some folks have had alot of luck with Jasper Engines on a rebuild.

But finding a used 15-20 year old motor in good condition will be tough.

Jasper or a rebuild of a known within spec motor is the only quick safe option.

Jim sold the Mantapart/Bilmer?(sp) W-41 Mikey, or I would own it now.

How I missed it I don't know. Our loss!

However a good machine shop can rebuild your Quad. The parts are readily available.

Good luck with it!

Rock Auto www.rockauto.com has complete rebuilds, WITH the 086 head, for $997.79.

No core charge.

That is not too bad a deal.

That is the one you want in any event. 086 head is the best one.
