Polished Tinted Rear Filler Panels!

Post by scd88ga »

I have a set of show quality upper and lower tinted filler panel set for sale that were hand/machine polished by yours truly and are pretty damn sexy! I don't have the actual picture of them because they aren't done yet, but they will be done very soon! Below is a picture of another set of polished tinted fillers on my own car (with NEW reflective filler stripes installed)! Also below is a picture of 1 of the 2 taillights I polished and sold to a member here, (SummitBalt08) and he can attest to the quality of my work (I've been polishing plastics and metals for 10+ years). I'm open to offers! Thanks

Why not a couple more examples just for the hell of it! Here are some before and after shots of some headlights for an 2004 Toyota Tundra I did this past Winter.

The work Brett does with polishing cannot be beat! The taillights look even better in person!

Here's a close up of the same taillights Brett polished out after I swapped Euro lenses in them for the Quad Z26!

I have been looking for months and buy good taillights whenever I find them, but I am currently out of crack-free tails... I would like to replace my own passenger side tail with a better one, but so far have found nothing. As soon as I find another good set, they will be polished and put up for sale! So for now I only have fillers. The plan is to polish another tinted set after these ones are done, and then I'll be doing a clear set. :D

If you find a clear upper filler that is crack free, I'd buy a polished one off you. Hell, crack free tail light lenses too. And that steering wheel if you find one (it can be any color, I've got a horn button now).

I do it mostly by hand with different compounds and wet sanding and only use a buffer for hard to get areas and the final polish. Plastic can be tricky to work with, you need patience because it's really easy to press too hard or go to fast no matter if you're working with power tools or by hand. Practice makes perfect! :D
