Where did you get yours and what is the going price?

Car is going in for a refresh over the winter and making some additions/changes.

Nothing major, but looking for some stuff.

And I think/hope the trunk spoiler is coming off.

Cheers

I keep thinking of putting one of these on but every time I pull into a parking lot and get out and see my front lip about 1" above a parking block, or sidewalk I say to myself... it's a good think I don't have that damn chin spoiler on there otherwise it would be destroyed...

THAT is how you get a "smile"!

I don't come within a foot of parking lot blocks or sidewalks. I learned that bringing back the first Beretta from California, having not driven a spoilered car before, and why Rodney's car has a "smile".

:(

I really liked the review on the site Geoff suggested where the guy suggests using plastic push rivets. Makes a lot more sense than nuts and bolts.

That is what the OEM would use and will save your GFX if you F*up!

Great link Geoff. Thanx!

That's where I got mine too. I added some aluminum angle on the sides to help straighten it out too, they don't fit the best without quite a bit of tweaking. I know there are pics toward the end of my build thread.

Yeah, I'm not completely happy with the fitment; contemplating making one out of aluminum sheet. Was also thinking that would make it easier to add brake ducts...

I'm going to have to look at Marc's (B-Man) again. His seems to fit pretty well.

You need to put something behind the center part of it... because I know on the trip to MS Adam was in front of me driving Pauly's GTZ and noticed that the center of that lip was just folding down and in... Eventually I guess it could damage the bumper itself if enough force is applied to it.

I've been curious to see if mine does that while driving. I'll have to have a friend watch for me or drive my car. I'm fine with the fitment on mine, but then again, it doesn't take much for me to be 'fine' with things on Betty these days.. haha.

Ok so I am wondering if there are different qualities of material when it comes to these.

Hell, they are available from any number of sellers on Ebay. Maybe there is just Good and "not-so-good".

Now I have to look harder. Thanx guys!
