First Points Race is April 20th.

UIM is in Indiana.

Throttle Body is in Quebec.

Headers are in Erin, Ontario.

Drag radials are in my Dining Room un-mounted.

Car is on blocks.

I'm starting to understand why I said I would never race this car again at the end of last year.

Headers are the only thing that could be a pickle.  Everything else is simple!  Get to work old man!    

My first points race is the 27th!! I AM SO FREAKIN EXCITED!!!

I will be at the track next weekend and the fallowing weekend to test n tune.... i wonder if my engine is going to explode?? lol


it will all come together in the end.. most racers get in a time bind or feel that they are when it is close to opening day... just git-r-done... just git-r-done

and if its not ready.. sub in a car...

These get me ubber excited for the season.. I think i might tear a bit i am so excited!! plus we have a renovated all concrete track now with cooling lines!!

Eh, My car is on jackstands, Exhaust needs to be coated, Rear axle needs to be changed, Headers need to be stripped prepped and coated, Front end needs to be aligned, Drag radials are in the basement next to the rims unmounted... And I just shipped my 3.33 LSD and my 3.05 diff off to Jeff and got no response from him on when he can have it done or if he even received it yet...

Granted my race isnt in 13 days, but I still need to get this thing painted and Install the nitrous, and do who knows what else to it before I can bring it to b-fest, and I would REALLY like to run it before that at the strip so I know what to expect...

I spoke with him on Thursday, sent him $570 including shipping, for a 333 LSD he promised in two weeks, and now I can't even get him to e-mail me a confirmation.

Maybe he's just busy.

Too mutch to list on my car, i need a welder and money fast to get it on road this summer  

Heh, I know the feeling... my car hasn't seen the track for 6 years and the road for 5 now.  It's been sitting in the garage in the same half-stripped state for going on 2 years now.

Hopefully I finish it sometime in the next decade

I'm in the same boat you guys are... I've had to make some adjustments to my projects, and one of them won't be complete for BFest due to time and money constrictions... oh well, after BFest is over and I have another car to drive, things will get done.

I was getting ready to send jeff some money and my tranny. At this rate it looks like I might need to wait till after Bfest to get an LSD. I might be buying some drag radials instead to get some traction.  

Besides the LSD I have all the parts I need just no place to do the work.  I have been waiting for my brother to clean up his garage enough for me to get the car in.  Apartments FTL
