option 2 is fine with me and probably easier than screwing around with paypal.

FYI Woody, you or Pat need to call and make the room your in a pet room. If not you will have to get a different room. Amy was there today and they said they will hold what rooms are left till wed and if you don't get one by then or have arrangements then you won't have a room. They are almost booked solid as it is.

So... RESERVE A ROOM IF YOU HAVEN'T YET! Or sleep in a beretta. LOL.

Just double checking on those who were not listed to have a room, just wanted to make sure you have an arrangement with someone to share or something.

Shane? Are you still up in the air on coming? You only have till Wed to get a room otherwise they will be releasing the rooms and they are almost fully booked foSaturdayay.
Brendan, did you setup to stay with someone?
Barry, do you also have arrangements with someones floor?
Rob, you also do not have a room reserved yet so get on with that one unless your splitting with someone.

Once again rooms are only held Wednesday.

And Woody... rule of the pet room... You are not allowed to leave your pet there unattended.

I called twice and left messages both times today. Told them to make sure reservation is for a pet room. I will try again tomorrow.

Amy sent them an email tonight, if she doesn't hear back before she gets home tomorrow she will also be calling.

Amy spoke with someone at the hotel tonight. She tried to get the room changed but unfortunately they are booked and she got no conformation that it can be done, but they are still going to try. The person she has been dealing with is out of the office until Friday, and he is more familiar with the people who already have reservations/pet rooms, so he may be able to move someone around. Amy should get a call back by the end of the day Friday.

Now here is the issue... If the room cannot be changed unfortunately Woody you can not bring Dozer. This was originally posted with the hotel info that you need to specify that you need a Pet room, and choosing to bunk up with someone after they made a reservation for a regular room doesn't work.

• Motel contract is in place…feel free to call and reserve your room ($99.99/night) as part of the “BerettaFest Group”. Their phone number is 1-603-332-3350. Our rooms are blocked until August 31. Keep in mind, our dates of September 29 – October 2 are during the beginning of foliage season, which means they could end up completely full. Also, most, if not all, rooms are double queens. And they do allow pets (Dozer?), but you need to tell them that when you call.
To follow all of that up, the hotel is booked solid, so if you were planning on coming and haven't made a reservatiounfortunatelytuntely you will have to find a different nearby hotel, unless someone has more floor space.

dug through and found the hotel info and it looks like it's around a little over 2hrs from where my car is kept to the hotel.

Pat and Stacy and Woody and Tiff
probably gonna leave home at 6pm on friday after i eat and what not and should get there around 8-830. or i might skip out earlier and leave when it's still daylight.

been getting everything ready as far as the car goes. gonna figure out what tools i want to bring since i don't feel like lugging the toolbox around.

does anyone know how late the racing is at lee speedway.

If its anything like Thompson is it varries depending on how smooth the races go.

Also Brendan, why did you say 1 person at the BBQ if your not coming till friday night? I know its irrevelant now, but that means you wont be there for the road rally and such?

Also Patrick, your room has been corrected, but I hope woody has taken notice to what I said to him in a PM about Dozer not being able to be there alone. I hope thats not an issue.
