I guess I wont be taking either of my cars.. Right now me and my gf are going to ride with my parents down there. From there I will get a rental car hopefully. Originally we were going to take two cars that way I can be there for the Bfest thing and my Dad and Stepmom were going to do whatever they want to since they have never been to New Hampshire. 14 hour drive and cost the best thing we came up with was for me to get a rental car. (I was really wanting this trip to be just my dad and I since we never get to go anywhere, but that didnt happen.)

It wont be the same as Bfest in Indianapolis when it was just me and the Z but it should still be a blast! lol

I'm currently still out of power and probably will be till the 6th, thanks to Irene and our shitty power grid in this country... so Until then I may only get on in the AM when I'm at work and I may not be on often at all. We are currently at 26 people registered for the event IIRC from what Amy said this AM, and that includes you Shane, and if you do not come you will get refunded for the BBQ no worries there.

She is calling today to secure the BBQ deal and also telling the guy to get on the shirt artwork. I hope this no power situation doesn't last as long as expected but we'll work with what we have!

Bad News First....

No BBQ. Something got canceled last weekend due to the hurricane, and moved to September 30th. They can't do the BBQ, but we can still do the auto road.

Good News...

Back up restaurant is the Muddy Moose. Amy called and we have our own room there to have lunch.

Room booked and roommates found. FYI it looks like they charge for extra people. They changed their site recently and I don't remember if it said extra charge over two or four people. Either way if you are staying with multiple people don't tell the front desk.

We had our rooms blocked till the 31st and you guys waited till after that so I can't guarantee costs. Also you should have called to say you were part of the group then you might not get those charges. You didn't make the reservations online did you? Also it should be a 4 person room for the ones we booked.

Ok, for those who have paid for the BBQ you have two options, I can refund you the paypal payment, or if you want I'll just give you the $15 cash at the even when we see you. Amy thinks option two is a better idea because then you have $15 in hand to go towards the Lunch at the Muddy Moose.
