Cut off and welded up the bungs for the AIR pump system and EGR on the long tubes and blocked off the ports on the back of the intake wich i forgot to take a pic of .....but its really not much to look at

Got some new toys to dress up the Beretta when she's done 17x9.5 and fuel rail covers will help to hide some unwanted clutter.

Engine bay, inner fenders, fire wall, cowl, and some floor pan seem sealed in prep for paint

Do you just prime and paint over the seam sealer?

Exactly ...just Skuff prime and paint..... It will just prevent water and corrosion from getting in where the layers of metal overlap.

That's an interesting choice for a wheel that was only offered on the C4 for one year (1990).

That's right!!!? One of my favorites!!!!! I think they are really close in design language to the Z28 wheels but just a lil bigger. I think they will really set this thing off while keep a "stock" appearance

Painted the Beretta firewall / inner fenders / engine bay !!!!! GM Olympic white!!!!!! Now time to start putting this mess back together!!!!!!! and then time for cage and interior paint !!!!
