Yes but the appearance of the weld typically mirrors its strength and penetration... Bubble gum welds like that are typically very weak due to low penetration into the mating metals and can crack easily. Looks like you had the wire feed set too high which is why you end up with such a large pool of material.

Yeah, its not the best welder in the world. I can assure you there is lots of penetration. I check them after each one. There is an even burn mark on every connection all the way around each joint.
