Love your wheels and tires set up, looking to do something similar to my 95 z26. Did you have to change anything on the suspension to fit those 18's?

You shouldn't have to ever change anything suspension related as long as you keep the tire size the same as stock... However if you get a different offset, a wider rim, or put on a larger overall diameter tire (no clue why you would), then you would have to change something about the suspension.
I'm very surprised when people think if you increase the rim size that you will have to modify the suspension in some way to fit it... It doesn't matter if the rim is 14 or 18... as long as your tire size and profile still make it a 24.9" diameter you'll be fine. 215/40/18 gets you the closest to stock size.
