Just checking in after couple yrs

Post by BerettaMN »

Just checking in after a few years of not having a beretta. Been looking off and on lately for a Z26 but nothing really ever comes up on CL in Mn. Good to read the project threads even If I dont have one anymore! Just thought Id say hey.

How's it going? Finding any "local" Beretta is tough, need to look all over the US for one now.

Yeah I was thinking search all of CL only thing about that is you never really know what you're getting from someone long distance. For now I got a 91 Olds ciera just hit 83,xxx i got it with 67,xxx. Came from an older lady. Im a fan of different late 80's early 90's GM's.

Those Cierra's are nice and you should get years out of it if you can keep it from rusting away. Here's a pic of my '90's fleet, so you aren't the only one who digs the now-classic GM's.

I'm trying to find a decent beater so the Mn salt doesn't eat it. I did new shocks all the way around, new brakes all around, all fluids flushed, not too long ago.

Wow is that nice! Rockin the whitewalls and everything. Bucket seats, looks comfy. Can't remember what v6 those had, I know they ran well and drove nice.
I had a celebrity Eurosport 2dr with a 2.8mpfi auto, I really liked it.

Full power seats, drivers has forward/back tilt on the bottom and the back has power recline too. It has the 3.3L. Started up last winter every day no problem.

This is the last winter it will be driven for sure. There's barely any surface rust on the underside. It has been taken care of.
