thats very good news barry, the z26 is also on the road, infact, its sitting right behind my house now, just need to adjust a couple things before it goes for inspection.

Well the world is looking up since bstuff went down. Speedy glad ur quad is on the road finally and barry congrats on getting the 3500 running. I am nearing completion on the GTZ finally also. I tore the engine back down to see what damage occured. I located a bad camshaft lobe that was worn down quite bad which explains the bent valve in the same place as the old head. I got a new valve, valve guide, valve seal installed and also installed brand new lifters.

i know what you mean, i still cant figure out why the belt is coming off the alt, replaced the alt, tensioner, and now im going to put a ac delete pully on it, if its non of them, then its the udp. i need to do the rear shocks, and brakes, and i also need to re-fix the coolent leak, then time for inspection, and by that time, its going to be time for maple grove, lol.

edit: and working 40 hour weeks, and going to school full time, isnt giving me much time to spend on the car.
