Frustrations...

Post by quad4berettagtz »

I just wanted to air this out...  I am having the WORST luck with cars breaking down this winter!!!  I know I'm fortunate to have a bunch of spares so I'm not without a car, but I'm still pissy about it.

1.  weird electrical problem on the '88 2.0 Corsica designated winter car(still not solved)

2.  using Z26 for backup- sudden(one day after work) LOUD lifter ticking when engine is cold-it totally silences when it hits op. tem (need to rip apart upper end of engine yet to diagnose)

3.  using autox GTZ as #3 backup- last night #2 cylinder fuel injector shorted...  its down until I can get me a cheap replacement from the JY

I'm now down to my "last" backup: my old faithful garnet GTZ.  Just angers me that I'm forced to drive all three of the Beretta's in the salt and snow.  They are supposed to stay cozy warm (and clean)in my garage all winter!!

Ok, I think I've got that off my chest now...

You could move to where it doesn't snow.  j/k
Sucks, I know sometimes when bad luck starts it like the forces align. Good luck fixing them all.

I didn't realize you lived in Green Bay.

What's going on with the Corsy?

Yeah, it seems that no car likes to break alone.  Strut mount and sway bar end links went out on the wife's 99 Grand Prix yesterday, and this morning the 02 Monte left me sitting in the driveway.

I know that feeling.  Had a strut blow out this past winter in the GTZ.  Said F it and upgraded a lot of parts. ÂÂÂ

Took away from the Fun Fund!  ÂÂÂ

^^^  Did it turn out to be the T-case?  Either way I feel all your guys pain.  I think the economy is really hitting a lot of people.  I'm in the same boat right now.
