What a great time. I hooked up with Rick after seeing him drive by in my old Garnet Z. (I miss that car!) We hung out and cruised around.
This is a must see event for anyone into cars, not just older classics. That blue'68 Hemi charger just my favorite of them all. It shook the ground as it rolled past us and hammered the throttle.
The displays set up by GM and Chrysler were very cool as well. I wished they would've had the new concept Dodge Challenger on display but it was in Cali being shown at some Golfing event. (Like golfers would care about the new Challenger )
Getting into a roll-on with Rick in the Z and me in my Jeep was pretty cool. I just wished we'd have had more room. I also didn't see any burnouts this year, only people reving it up and just chirping the tires.
I say next year the Michigan fest is at Woodward!!!!!111

Yep, and It looked like a factory install. If only it was in production....
