anyone have any experience with this site or know if it's legit?

Its possible to have those as they were intended for the convertibles as well. If GM didn't let them cheap out the door like they did in bulk of the 16" Roh wheels, then they were put up for sale or kept in inventory. Most of the inventory is not available from GM any more.

I checked it out and shows a spoiler for 87-89 for 622.00 I wonder if it's a GTU

yes.

The official spoiler was introduced in 1990 and available from dealer as a bolt on accessory.

According to the site it's less for the GTU lip than it is for the spoiler lol. And that's at a whopping 400+$! Ouch!

Last I knew the parts are listed, but not in stock. Email them to be sure. I have checked too many sites to be sure of that one. Those sites have alot of old listings.
