If I can make it back in the States by EO August I may attend. DO NOT count me in as of now though.

It's one thing to plan for the time off, but if my job needs me somewhere at a specific time on short notice, I have to void out my vacation time off and reschedule. Happens every time and with 90% of my jobs.

That blows, but at the same time it is nice to feel needed at your job and important
so you are somewhat guaranteed a paycheck :)

The Hotel contract is signed.

$59.49 per night, up to 5 people per room plus taxes. (Sleep on the floor and no one is counting!) Great for groups on a budget!!

There will be a Welcome Dinner on Friday evening, at a local BBQ place, 1 mile from the hotel and the track on Saturday afternoon. Beaver Springs Dragway is only 20 miles away, and doesn't open 'til noon.

I'm working on a picnic/Car Show for Saturday night, and perhaps a cruise.

The hotel has a huge outdoor pool/meeting area and if the weather is nice a great place to get together.

I'll post the attractions list soon but it's a great area!

More to come!

The Group is booked by Asylum Motorsports Inc. September 17th-19th.

Conf # 3859-3947

$59.49 per night plus taxes.

There are 10 rooms blocked but I can add to that if necessary.

If you would like to arrive the day before or stay a day later I understand they will honor the rate when you reserve.

If there is a problem in that regard PM me.

Gonna be FUN!

There has been some noise on B'Stuff about folks wanting to camp for the weekend.

That is fine, however the track is about 20 miles from where everything else will be happening, and the track outing is only planned for Saturday afternoon.

The Picnic and Car Show and Awards and such will NOT be at the track.

FYI!

OK folks, time to re-start this event.

There was alot of interest with the people in Chicago and it's time to mark your calenders IN INK!

Woody I need a T-shirt design if you have time, and let the questions start coming.

This is to be the next big car thing on your list!
