Beretta true cold air intakes?

Post by Guest »

Hey guys, I'm new here, but I know some of you have the throttle bodies I sell.
I'm just wondering if anyone has a true cold air intake for their Beretta?
I'm interested in developing intakes for the 2.8/3.1, the Quads, and the 3100 motors.    And the 2.0/2.2s if the interest is there.
I've already taken a quick look at a 1990 3.1L Beretta and it looks like it's a very tight fit to get a cold air system in there safely.  I know it can be done on the 3100 motors, but I just need a test vehicle for that.
If anyone is in the southwestern Ontario, Canada region, and would like to work on a cold air system for their car, let me know.  I'm always looking for new cars to use as prototypes.

I'd just like to show my interests for the 3100 cold-air intake. If you are going to make one it'll be metal piping and not that crummy-a$$ looking PVC, right? That's about the only thing keeping me from making one, materials and a little bit of design.

It works but a stainless one would look so much better.

CAI development would be a good idea if this was a respectable product and not made of duct tape and pvc.....  I would definately be interested.

Hey guys, all our intakes are made from polished aluminum 3" piping, true silicon connectors (red, blue and yellow) and Vibrant, or K+N filters.
You can see the ones we have so far here.

Tell me what you guys think, or would like to see.

The picture that you have for the Alero, i would assume that the Beretta CAI, atleast for the 3100/3.1L would be similar.  I have seen that done before by individuals and i am positive that it can be done for under 150$.

I'm interested for the 3100 CAI.  I have an intake now, but it sits behind the battery and I doubt its very effect.  I would definitly buy one of your true CAI's for the 3100.

I'll support you as well! I'd rather have a big-honkin' K&N Filter though, the one that is like 11" long!

You pretty much have a gauranteed sale with me, that is if you can make one for the 91-93 3.1L.  CAIs are pretty much non-existant for these cars unless it's a one-off custom so I'd think you'd sell a few.
