Voltage drop when accecories are on

Hello when i turn on my A/c i notice that my bat voltage drops almost down to half way, how can i fix this problem i am guessing it is whith the alternator out put but how do i fix/check this? also would this cause power loss in my accerelation i have noticed lately?

the a/c takes alot of power between runningthe compressor and blower--plus it takes engine power to drive the compressor--nothing out of the ordinary!

With my AC, my neons, and my amplifier on my voltage regularly drops below halfway when I stop, it has always done that and I've never had any problems. Seems like a typical Beretta thing.
