Oil filter adapter

The thing the oil filter screws into is leaking where it screws into the block..

How hard is this to fix on a 94 3100? Just a gasket? how hard to get to?

Rather easy to change, the hard part is finding the gasket somewhere, no one carries this. I wanted to see if its the same as the one on my 70 olds motor, but haven't had time. Isaac, DON'T use silicone sealer on it. pieces of it will break off from the excess and get into the engine.

Would GM dealer have it? if so probably decently $$$

Gee Isaac, I don't know, I never tried, but I assume you're right about it being over priced and a wait besides to get one.
