Need help with license plate lights

My ground effects didn't come with lights for my license plate and now I need them to pass the stupid PA inspection. Does anybody have an easy solution?
tape a flashlight there!!, no no, what about these, you could easily rig something up so it will work, and it does not have to be perminent.
